There are two separate surveys:

1. for Oregon and Southern Washington health care interpreters and health care staff who are asked to interpret

2. for Oregon and southern washington health care providers and staff

 

Purpose

The purpose of these surveys is to understand where and how health care interpreters practice and how health care providers engage with interpreters in their medical practices.  Your valued participation helps us accomplish our mission of improving language access services in the Pacific Northwest! 

Details

The surveys are open from June 6th to July 1st, 2016.  
Each survey takes less than five minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous.
After completing the survey, you will be given a chance to win an Apple Watch.
   The winner will be announced in mid-July.
